There are multiple ways to get in shape before the season begins:

Acceleration MN:

this program you pay for challenges your skills andpushes you physically


TG Strength and Conditioning:

The winter session will begin in early December, check this page and the TG bulletin for more info

Partner Training:

If you plan to work out at a gym or club, find a partner and get to work!
see Mrs. Fagan for a blue book to record results, your first 6 week session begins in November!


What if I play a winter sport?

Great! Make sure you work hard at practices and push yourself whenever you condition and strength train.
